The guys that work at the Syracuse IN store are great! I have been in the store several times and they are always so pleasant. They always help me with what I have need of! It's nice to go in and be treated with good customer service. Thanks guys!
Even though there is a closer AT&T store to our home I will definitely travel the further distance because of his knowledge and professional service.

Have great customer service and it usually isn't busy so you don't have to wait long. The authorized dealers are more willing to work with you then the corporate stores are.
I'd give this place minus 3 stars if I could. The guy inside told me it would be about 10-15 minutes and an hour and a half later, he acted like he couldn't take care of my problem and offered no direction further. I get it, you work on commission and my problem wasn't making you money now. However, I'm buying a new phone in two weeks and thought I'd buy locally, but after the service I received here I'm going to find another retailer who wants the business.
