This is the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to in my life and it's like that Everytime I go in this place. It also takes forever for them to get you your order that they messed up on. Horrible place I do not recommend.
People were backed up at the drive through, some people were pulling away. They were very very slow. Once I did get up to the window they tried to give me someone else's order. Then they didn't have my order in the system at all when they already told me that my order was $14. They rang everything up again and told me my order was $15. I ordered a medium mocha and when I got to the window they gave me a small. I also ordered the lemon poppy muffin toppers which were all dried up & noticeably smaller then in the past. They built a double drive through and now have one side blocked off. I used to say this was the only McDonalds I'd go to because the other locations near me have poor service as well.
Great group of kids. Good management including my daughter. Overall satisfactory in all areas.
Horrible horrible food and service! Not enough help..didnt want to take my coupons and then refused t OK take my order and made someone else my order so she didn't have to mess with coupons..my order was wrong.. They have NO KETCHUP! I went to the counter and waited almost 10 mins before anyone would help me and I repeatedly asked nicely if they had any ketchup and was ignored until there was 6 people in line to order then she walked passed me standing at the counter and I had to ask loudly for ketchup.. She said they had none then got some from the drive thru window and basically tossed it at me.. Nice job McDonald's...
Worse place ever... if u want to wait 2 minutes to an hour for your order that will be screwed up anyway then by all means i will like it.. this place needs a third window where u can turn in the stuff they got wrong at the first two!!
